Chen Xuezhong, Deputy General Manager in charge of work safety, systematically explained the company's basic work safety management systems and the importance of understanding equipment and post operating procedures through a "theory + case" teaching model.

Combining typical accident cases from both the company and the industry, it conducted in-depth analysis of the causes and prevention measures for common safety hazards such as mechanical injuries and electrical accidents. Zhang Zhaolin, Assistant to the Chairman in charge of quality work, took the "Fragile Building" incident as a typical case and systematically explained the core requirements of the company's quality management system through a combination of "case analysis + interactive discussion". He emphasized the "Three No's Quality Principle" of "not accepting defective products, not manufacturing defective products, and not transferring defective products".
