On the morning of April 11, the launching ceremony for the second round of the Lean Leader
Based on an in-depth review, the lean expert released the core guideline for the second round — Consolidate the Foundation & Strengthen the System.He emphasized that the second phase of lean management will evolve from surface improvement to systematic enhancement, extending from simple on-site optimization to the full value chain and overall business system. The new work plan covers team building, value stream optimization, implementation of the Line Supervisor System, with clear quantitative targets set in place.
The first Lean Leader of the second round arranged the initial work in detail at the meeting. He proposed taking team building and TPM as the starting point, and ensuring effective implementation through a series of solid measures: selecting key backbone employees, standardizing morning meetings, conducting a comprehensive equipment inventory, and formulating Improvement Implementation Plans.He stressed that Lean Leaders should not only set an example, but also take responsibility for supervision and coordination to drive all staff to make joint progress.
Senior leaders including Mr. Zhao delivered important speeches at the meeting. Mr. Zhao emphasized that lean management should be implemented across all aspects of the company. It is essential to break down departmental barriers, embed lean thinking into every link of production and operation, and ultimately create tangible value for the enterprise.
